When I joined a mid-size, family-owned precision parts manufacturing company in 2016, the mission was clear : relocate production from Germany and establish a brand-new manufacturing operation in Michigan. What followed was an incredible journey of transformation and growth.
I led the end-to-end setup of a greenfield facility, from site selection and equipment procurement to implementing robust processes across Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Finance. Starting from zero, we scaled the organization to $8M in annual revenue, built a high-performing team from scratch, and executed a North American market strategy that significantly expanded our presence.
Holding full P&L responsibility, I drove operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of vision, execution, and culture in shaping successful businesses.
Previously, I held leadership roles at Hengst Automotive, Robert Bosch, and MAHLE, where I managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, spearheaded M&A initiatives, and launched innovative product lines across North America. Each role sharpened my ability to navigate complexity, lead change, and deliver results.
