Kevin Corrigan
Partner
Originally from upstate New York, Kevin moved to Michigan to earn his Mechanical Engineering degree from GMI, now Kettering University. This was followed by an MBA and a number of positions throughout the industry and throughout the world, mostly related to furthering valve train technology for ICE engines. Outside of work, Kevin fills his time with Family, friends and vintage racing an Alfa Romeo.
Duane Spurling
Partner
Duane began his career in Wisconsin and is our resident manufacturing expert. With an extensive background in powder metal and plant management, he found his way to Michigan to help startup a new Powder Metal facility and has been here ever since. In his spare time, Duane campaigns a Ford Focus in Lemons racing. He even wins occasionally.
Thomas Glas
Partner
Thomas moved to the states more than 20 years ago as his career was beginning with Mahle. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, his career has spanned numerous roles from application engineer to Managing Director. Thomas is also our resident wooden boat expert, being elbow deep in the restoration of a vintage Chris Craft yacht.
Dave Lentz
Partner
Dave leads our TKD2 "West" office, having recently moved to Montana. With a background in Engineering and business development, he has an extensive track record in the industry. By relocating to Montana, Dave positions himself closer to many of the West Coast OEM's and Tiers, as well as the mountains he loves to spend so much time in.
Dan Zielinski
Business Development
Dan joins our team having an extensive background in injection molding. He has worked at all levels from president and owner of a tier two injection molding company to engineering and business development manager for the Asian OEM market for a tier one supplier. Outside of work, Dan has been active as a youth and high school wrestling coach and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Bob Glaspie

Bob brings a deep passion for innovation and problem-solving, Bob thrives on collaborating with customers to enhance product design—optimizing performance, reducing weight, and cutting costs. His background speaks for itself:

Matthias Stegmueller
Business Development
Born, raised and trained as mechanical engineer in the Stuttgart-Germany area, Matthias had a few years of experience in the industry in Europe, before relocating to Michigan with Dürr in Plymouth Michigan. His career progressed with MAHLE, BOSCH and other German satellite companies from engineering, cost estimating, project management and sales to executive management. Matthias likes to enjoy nature, farm life, building and repairing things.
Tom Miller
Business Development & Consulting
Tom has more than 30 years of experience in product development and engineering leadership, including senior roles with Toyota and Mercedes-Benz. Throughout his career, he has helped launch new vehicle programs, guide suppliers through technical challenges, and align global teams on quality and performance goals.
He also brings deep expertise in regulatory strategy, from fuel economy and greenhouse gas standards to advanced safety, cybersecurity, and electrification, helping companies anticipate changes and design products that meet evolving requirements.
Outside of work, Tom is a lifelong gearhead who has restored several cars, including a Porsche 930 Turbo and a ’67 Restomod Camaro.
